	QSS manages recruitment and training of qualified sleep technicians. Qualified sleep technicians are hard to find these days due to limited awareness about the sleep medicine field, especially in the rural areas. However, because public awareness about sleep disorders is increasing, the demand for sleep technicians is also on the rise. Therefore, it is important to implement an on the job training program in the sleep lab. QSS has developed a three-month training program for qualified individuals interested in the sleep technician field. The goal of our training program is to create a sleep technician pool to ensure your sleep lab has continuous operations. QSS also provides the sleep center with an intensive 8-day training program that can teach proper technical skills to persons that have no prior sleep medicine training to become an acquisition technician. This training is necessary, because it provides our clients with a quick way to begin generating revenue through conducting sleep studies.
